SWK Property Services was founded in London over a decade ago with a simple idea: property maintenance should be straightforward. Turn up on time, do the job properly, charge a fair price, and leave the place tidy.
What started as a small team of skilled tradespeople has grown into a full-service property maintenance company, covering everything from emergency plumbing and electrical work to complete property refurbishments and ongoing management contracts.
